STOCK FOR LONG TERM INVESTMENT

Dear All,

As we have recently seen the performance of Pharma and IT Sector whatever the reason behind this rally, Chart already predicted that run..!!

On longer time frame I see a very good opportunity for a investment in Pharma Sector and my favourite pick is “AUROBINDO PHARMA”

Below is the Weekly Chart of Aurobindo Pharma for your reference.

Since 2013 Price is in a very steep uptrend. Price went into consolidation for almost 3 years (Dec 2015 till Sept 2018).. Breakout happened recently and respected with volume. I’m Expecting a good rally to continue.. will be good to enter this stock on dips..!!

Please do your analysis before investing into equities.

Cheers

Sid

  1. Bro, am a AST student, following you for a while, i just like to understand your charting better from my standpoint, kindly advice me

My understanding is, that you are using only the patterns and Elliot wave, if i analysis this stock, with RSI 14, and combination of 13&34 EMA i see buy at 617 and now it is under overbought zone, and i assume that this stock might come down for couple of days, post entrancement without breaking the trend line which you have drawn, will give good buy.. looking at your chart, i have question on it, will it be a right time to buy since the RSI indicator is indicating price is in overbought zone.

my question here is, how to enter in a stock with minimal of stop loss, i also understand you have mentioned here that this is good for long-term
